The team at Victoria Point Surgery have welcomed another fabulous Nurse to our team, and want to introduce her to our patients.

Melina is a decendant from the Dundgutti tribe from Kempsey NSW, is a big U2 fan,  and loves gruelling obstacle training. Mel aims to compete in her second Tough Mudder this year (go Mel).

Mel enjoys all aspects of Nursing but most of all, she enjoys the relationships she builds with patients during ongoing treatment and care.  Mel will provide health checks at the surgery as part of Indigenous health.

What does the future hold for Mel? While working with us Mel hopes to gain further education and training in Palliative care and Indigenous Health.
